Join us for a weekly revitalizing 50-minute yoga session led by certified instructor Christina Teofilak, tailored for all experience levels. This class emphasizes connecting breath with movement in each pose, fostering relaxation and balance. Everyone, regardless of skill level, is warmly encouraged to participate!
Please register for each session you plan to attend. Bring your own yoga mat or use one provided by the library.
