For Ages 8-14

Has your child ever wanted to learn more about youth opportunities in multisport? We are hosting a camp where children Ages 8-14 can experience what it is like to do a triathlon. Camp Director is USATriathlon Level 1 Certified Coach Kat Uchman with over 20 years of racing and coaching experience from beginner to elite endurance athletes. Athletes will practice all three disciplines (swimming, biking, running) over the 3-hour day and put them together with a mini sprint mock triathlon on the final day. Family and friends are welcome to watch the mock event on Thursday. Participants must be able to swim the length of John Sevier Pool without assistance. Parking lots and non-congested community streets will be used for training therefore a bike and helmet are required. Athletes do not need to be proficient runners to do this camp.
