BACKYARD BBQ HEROES WANTED! Are your ribs the talk of the block? Is your smoked chicken always first to go? Then join us for a fun, friendly BBQ Cook-Off at Good News Brewing – O’Fallon on Sunday, July 20th | 12–3 PM! This isn’t a professional pitmaster showdown — it’s a chance for local legends and amateur chefs to show off their skills, share their flavors, and earn bragging rights and Good News Brewing gift cards! We’re looking for 15 community cooks to compete in 3 categories: Beef | Pork | Chicken You can enter one, two, or all three — your call! READY TO COMPETE? Email laura@goodnewsbrewing.com with: – Your name + phone number – What you’re entering – Which category (or categories!) You'll provide ½ oz samples for the crowd — plan to bring enough BBQ for 100–150 samples total. The public will taste and vote for their favorites! COME HUNGRY + VOTE! Try mouthwatering BBQ, sip craft brews , and help crown: Overall Grill Master Best in Show for Beef, Pork & Chicken Prizes = gift cards + glory! PITMASTER INFO: – Bring your fully cooked BBQ – Bring your own tent/table (arrive at 11:15 AM with tent weights) – No tent?
