Our Reformer Intro Class is a required stepping stone to joining our regular class schedule, designed to ensure you have a solid understanding of the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates. In this 45-minute session, you'll be introduced to key movements, proper form, and essential principles of Reformer Pilates. With personalized guidance from our expert instructors, you'll learn how to adjust the equipment, engage in effective resistance training, and develop core strength and body awareness.
This class is part of a three-session package, all of which must be completed within 30 days. These sessions provide you with the knowledge and confidence to safely and effectively participate in our regular Reformer classes.
Note: Completion of all three Reformer Intro classes is required before joining any of our regular Reformer classes.
