In this class, you'll continue to build on the fundamentals learned in the Intro series, with a focus on refining your form, improving coordination, and deepening your core strength.
With guidance from our skilled instructors, you’ll explore new exercises while reinforcing key principles like alignment and control. This class offers a full-body workout that enhances flexibility, stability, and muscle tone, helping you feel confident and strong.
