Join registered yoga instructor, Cassie Quigley, for Gentle Chair Yoga:
an all-inclusive practice that uses a chair as a supportive tool in modified yoga poses.
Chair yoga gently stretches and strengthens key muscles while staying safe and respecting your body's limits.
This is a 6 week series on Tuesdays. No class on Nov. 25 or Dec. 23.
