Registration required (ages 12) Learn the hows and whys of making soaps, salves, lotions and other medicinals as you sample some of the products prepared by the presenters and willing participants. Recipes will be shared for those interested in copying or photographing them. Make your own soap with a glycerin or lye base and customize it by adding essential oils, carrier oils or other ingredients. If accommodations are needed, please e-mail the instructor after registering and at least one week prior to the program.
