Join us for an engaging Author’s Talk featuring Carolyn Niethammer, centered around "Cactus, Corn, and Cattle: Celebrating Tucson’s Culinary Heritage." This event highlights Tucson's rich agricultural history, illustrated by a re-creation of an early farmer tending an irrigation ditch at the base of Sentinel Peak, where Mission Garden stands today. Discover how this area has been inhabited from 800 BC to AD 1300, as evidenced by archaeological findings. Admission is free with an entry ticket, and the event has a capacity of 60 attendees.
