**Senior Strength Class**
Join us for the Senior Strength class, where you'll become familiar with resistance bands and small hand weights—essential tools for fitness as we age. This engaging class focuses on strengthening the upper and lower body, as well as core muscles, using body weight exercises, a chair, and the mentioned equipment.
