Thursday Afternoons, July 10 - July 31, 3:00 - 5:00 pmCome make your own beads and jewelry with us at the Clayground. This fun class is centered around dreaming up and crafting a unique set of handmade ceramic jewelry. Students will get to explore applying a variety of textures, practice cutting out shapes, and playing with glazes as they design wearable art in their own style. The instructor will guide them through all the steps of making ceramic beads from start to finish and will even teach an introduction to wire wrapping as part of the class. Students can expect to complete at least one pair of earrings and a necklace by the end of week 4. There is no limit on the number of beads students are allowed to make. This is an all-levels class, so beginning, intermediate, and advanced students are welcome to join.
