This less intense version of our Senior Strength and Stretch (SSS) will include chair yoga, gentle strength training, and balance exercise all done seated or standing, no getting on the floor. This class is ideal for seniors with severe arthritis or other chronic medical issues that limit movement. Increased strength, balance, flexibility and coordination are expected benefits.
