2025 Swimming Lessons at Buhl Park A part of Wellness Wednesdays 6-week session runs Wednesday, June 18 through Wednesday, July 23 with rain dates on Wednesday, July 30 & Wednesday, August 6 Available times: 5:306:30pm or 6:457:45pm Price: $75 per child per session (+1.95 online convenience free charged at checkout) Guppies: Level 1 Intro to Water Skills 3 years of age or older For the beginner who is comfortable in the water Swimmers learn the basics of swimming; bobbing, going underwater, supporting front and back floating, supporting rolling over from front to back, support gliding, supported flutter kick, treading water Guppies Registration Sea Turtles: Level 2 Fundamental Aquatic Skills 4 years of age or older Swimmers should already be able to float on front & back and put their head under water Swimmers will work on; independent front and back floating, independent rolling over from front to back, front crawl arms and kicks, back crawl arms and kicks, jumping into water over their heads Sea Turtles Registration Dolphins: Level 3 Stroke Development 5-6 years of age or older Swimmers should already be comfortable swimming the front stroke and swimming on their back Swimmers will work on; gliding, freestyle with side breathing, backstroke, breaststroke, dolphin kicks, jumping into deep water, compact dives Dolphins Registration
