DATE: Saturday, September 13th, 2025 START TIME: 10:00 AM Entry into the event for pageant attendees and participants will begin at 9:30 AM. Pageant participants must arrive no later than 9:45 AM. Pageant participants who arrive later than 10:00 AM will not be permitted to participate in the pageant. END TIME: 12:00 PM This is an approximate time and may be sooner or later depending upon the number of pageant participants. LOCATION: Tiffin Middle School Cafetorium (follow the signs on the entrance doors) ADDRESS: 103 Shepherd Drive, Tiffin, OH 44883 REGISTRATION COST: $10.00 Payment is due by Wednesday, September 10th at midnight. Payment can be paid by check to Tiffin-Seneca Heritage Festival and mailed to Royalty Court at PO Box 695, Tiffin, Ohio 44883. Payment can be paid by PayPal at @TffinFestival (note the missing letter in the word “Tiffin”). REGISTRATION WEBSITE: To be posted REGISTRATION ENDS: Wednesday, September 10th at Midnight (no exceptions) PAGEANT RULES FOR ATTENDEES: Pageant attendees must remain in the Cafetorium at all times unless utilizing the restroom facilities. Flash photography is not permitted at any time before, during, or after the pageant. Aggressive behavior, rude comments, or any other behavior that is deemed inappropriate will not be tolerated. All rules posted by Tiffin City Schools must be followed at all times. No smoking, vaping, or use of any legal/illegal substances in and on the school property at any time. All trash must be picked up and the facility left in a clean state. Only water can be brought into the facility. PRE-PAGEANT REQUIRED MEETING: LOCATION: TBD TIME: 6:00 PM Must be attended by the pageant participant and at least one (1) parent/guardian PAGEANT PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS: Pageant participants must live in or go to school in Seneca County, Ohio. Pageant participants may not hold any other festival titles or any other other titles that would conflict with the primary attendance requirements (see handbook for additional information). Pageant participants must have a completed “Photo Release Form” via email (link to the document to be posted). Pageant participants must have a completed “Liability Release and Hold Harmless” form via email (link to the document to be posted). Pageant participants must have a completed Handbook “Review and Acknowledgement Form” via email (link to the document to be posted). Victorian, pioneer, or other historical attire up to World War II (based upon the festival timeline setup) must be worn during the pageant only. Additional items to be added… ROYALTY COURT TITLES & AGE GROUPS *A First Attendant will be selected for each title. Queen and King - Ages 16 to 18 Princess and Prince - Ages 13 to 15 Junior Princess and Junior Prince - Ages 9-12 Petite Princess and Petite Prince - Ages 5 to 8 Mini Princess and Mini Prince - Ages 3 to 4 Tiny Princess and Tiny Prince - Ages 0 to 2 ROYALTY COURT POST-PAGEANT REQUIREMENTS: Pictures of the title winners will be taken after the pageant is complete and will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Parent/guardian and titleholder meeting directly after the pageant pictures are completed (approximately 30 minutes) to review the handbook and other important items. Additional items to be added… ROYALTY COURT FESTIVAL REQUIREMENTS: *Additional information will be provided during the Parent/Guardian and Royalty Court Titleholder meeting. Wear formal attire including the colors of purple (no hot purple), black, or silver/grey. Females will wear a long dress with no plunging necklines or high thigh slits. Males will wear a dress suit with a tie/bow/vest or dress pants with dress shirt and tie/bow/vest. Attend the Tiffin-Seneca Heritage Festival parade on Saturday, September 20th, 2025, at 10:00 AM (excluding Mini and Tiny Titleholders) Attend the Tiffin-Seneca Heritage Festival Royalty Court Ice Cream and Dessert Social on Saturday, September 20th, 2025, at 6:00 PM.
