The Seneca Regional Chamber Ambassadors invite you to celebrate the grand opening of the new New Riegel EMS Station #5, located at 6587 South County Road 47, New Riegel, OH 44853, on Saturday, June 28, at 10 AM. The open house will continue until noon. This new station marks another important milestone in the effort to strengthen emergency medical services throughout Seneca County. With the motto “Powerful Partnerships for Critical Care,” Seneca County EMS continues its commitment to collaboration and innovation in providing high-quality emergency response. The New Riegel facility will help reduce response times and enhance critical care for residents in the surrounding area. Station #5 is the second of four strategically planned facilities made possible by a 2.5 mill levy passed by voters in November 2022. That funding—along with support from the Seneca County commissioners and EMS run revenue—is part of the Seneca County Joint Ambulance District, a unified system now serving five villages and 11 townships with a goal of delivering above-average response times across the county. The open house offers a chance to tour the station, meet the EMS team, and see the new equipment and technology that will support life-saving care in the community. Refreshments will be provided. Join us as we celebrate this exciting step forward for New Riegel and Seneca County. Together, we’re building a stronger, more responsive emergency medical system for everyone.
