Please join us for our monthly Second Saturdays with Steve program featuring the Fredonian Rebellion! Austin's Militia was called upon exactly one time by Mexico for the Fredonian Rebellion. Learn what that rebellion was all about, why Austin's Militia was needed, and what the repercussions were in the years afterward. This program will be offered at two times and locations: 12:30pm at Stephen F. Austin State Park Nature Center (one mile west of the historic site) 2:30pm at San Felipe de Austin State Historic Site Old 300 Learning Hall We hope to see you there!
