Join Catherine Albertini with Yoga Escape, for a mini class featuring Pranayama, meditation, and mantra – a grounding and inspiring way to begin the year. Your evening also includes a custom yoga tank designed by Roanna with CreativiTee, especially for this event, followed by a creative session with artist Elaina Lavon, who will guide you in making an intentional frame collage. Enjoy wine, treats, and time to create in community. Tanks will be available before class!
