Join our Senior Strength class, where you'll become familiar with resistance bands and small hand weights to enhance your fitness as you age. This engaging session focuses on both upper and lower body strength, as well as core stability, using your own body weight, a chair, and the provided equipment. Participants can either use the equipment supplied by the rec center or bring their own. Don’t forget to bring a mat if you have one!
