We serve food so delicious and one of a kind that it's genuinely worth the long wait. We have a tiny kitchen, and Sean insists that every meal prepared in his kitchen is made to order and with the freshest ingredients.
The Mac and cheese, for example, is prepared with freshly boiled pasta. The cheese sauce is made separately. The grilled, blackened chicken and fish, the blacken sauce is cooked independently for every meal. We don't use pre-frozen food at SC only the freshest meats and veggies! That is why you come back for more.
