Join us for a vibrant evening of community engagement at FAM on July 3rd during our Free First Thursday event. Immerse yourself in the rhythm of Salsa Dancing in the Gallery with instructor Marissa Monteiro from 5 – 6:30 PM in the Ansin Gallery. Participants will dance in couples for 15-minute intervals, making it a fun and interactive experience for all ages. Don’t miss the chance to showcase your skills or learn something new under Marissa’s guidance, who brings years of dancing experience and enthusiasm.
Additionally, experience tranquility with a meditative Sound Bath in Evoking Eleanor, led by local yoga and Reiki instructor Brandy Lefsyk. This unique session allows you to unwind amidst the beautiful paintings of Eleanor Norcross. Open to all ages, this sound bath fosters relaxation and mindfulness, with space limited to 15 attendees. Yoga mats are recommended for comfort while chair seating can be requested.
