The FLNC Network does not have an age restriction to participate, all individuals are welcome, however many workshops and activities do focus on strengthening the next generation of Future Leaders here in North Central Massachusetts. FLNC Retreat - The FLNC retreat is a structured event that brings our communities professionals together outside their usual work environment for the purpose of team building, strategic planning, training, and relaxation. These retreats aim to improve one mindset, morale, engagement, and communication, while also aligning with the FLNC’s overall goals for their participants. These retreats involve activities like social gatherings, creative workshops, team-building exercises and other fun activities or experiences occurring 2 times a year. Pre-registration is required.
