Whether it's been weeks, months or even years since your initial training, this 3-hour refresher class is your opportunity to step back into the flow with confidence and joy. In a welcoming, supportive space, we'll revisit the foundations of Reiki Level I, including energy principles, hand positions, and techniques for self-healing and sharing Reiki with others. You'll receive a gentle energetic "blessing" (Reiju) to refresh your connection to Reiki, along with hands-on practice, guided meditation, and time to ask questions.
