The Village of New Concord has a full day of events and activities planned for the community.
9 am to 10 am
Muskie Fun Run
New Concord Elementary
The Muskie Fun Run is a 1-mile run that begins at New Concord Elementary. Check in is at 8:30 a.m.
10 am to 4 pm
Kids’ Corner
Corner of Layton Drive and Maple Avenue
Kids’ Corner features activities for kids including crafts, coloring station, sand box, Touch a Truck, petting farm, and games. Champion Athletics Dance will perform at Noon.
10 am to 4 pm
Vendors’ Village
Genesis Primary Care Parking Lot
The Vendors’ Village features artisans selling a variety of locally made products from jewelry, clothing, and home décor to soaps, home-baked cookies and more.
11 am to 1pm
Lunch Break
Main Street
Visit the New Concord Board of Trade or Flying Naked Pig for lunch. Crazy Kernel Kettle Corn Company and Tropical Hut Hawaiian Ice will be selling sweet treats for lunch and throughout the day.
3 pm to 10 pm
Party in the Park
New Concord War Memorial Park
Party in the Park will feature live music from Fly Ohio and Spelchek bands. There also will be a rock-climbing wall, axe throwing, putt putt golf, trampolines, corn hole tournament and other yard games. Enjoy food trucks selling dinner and dessert items. For adults with a valid ID, there will be a designated beer and wine garden.
