Film Guidelines Length: Between 1 and 5 minutes long. Rating: Must be G or PG — keep it appropriate for all ages. Original Work: Your film should be your own creation (no copyrighted music, sounds, or clips). LEGO Style: Use LEGO bricks, minifigures, or similar building toys. Simple Effects: Keep fancy effects to a minimum — creativity and storytelling matter most! Only 1 film can be submitted per filmmaker Who Can Enter Open to kids and teens ages 5-16 (with some adult help). You can make your film alone or with a team up to 4 people. Only 1 film can be submitted per filmmaker It’s FREE to submit your film! Important Dates Film Submission Deadline: Monday, December 29th at 9pm Film Festival Screening: Friday, January 2nd 2026 at 10:30am. Tickets: $5 per person to attend the festival screening. Pay at the door via cash, Venmo or credit/debit.
