Details:
Join us for a free session of Tai Chi, led by certified instructor Lauri Kuehler. This gentle form of exercise is performed in slow, continuous motion and engages the whole body. Practicing Tai Chi can enhance muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and weight shifting abilities, reducing the risk of falls and improving posture. The numerous health benefits of Tai Chi include stress reduction, alleviation of arthritis pain, increased bone density, lower blood pressure, and improved recovery from strokes and heart attacks. Additionally, for members of the WASI community, there will be an important Board Meeting following the session, where strategic decisions and key organizational goals will be discussed. This event is a great opportunity for both physical well-being and vital community engagement!
