Allow the soothing vibrations and harmonious tones to wash over and guide you into a state of tranquility & balance. The vibrations from the bowls are believed to stimulate the body's natural healing processes, promoting physical, emotional and spiritual balance. Additional benefits include; improved sleep, stress relief, eased anxiety, and increased focus. Your body temperature will drop during the sound bath, please dress in layers. Please bring a mat and you are welcome to bring a blanket for additional comfort. Sunday Soundbaths are free and open to the public!
