Join Cincinnati Preservation to hear about the stories that the historic sites and structures of Cincinnati tell. Come to the Porch in Washington Park, grab a drink from the bar, sit back and let us tell you a story. This season Preservation in the Park will delve into the stories of places associated with Sports and Recreation. Tod Swormstant and the American Sign Museum will join us to talk about saving and reusing the Cincinnati Gardens Sign before the building was demolished. Built in 1949 Cincinnati Gardens was home to many different sporting events, including hockey, basketball, boxing, and roller derby.
