The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service office in Brazos County is offering a Fall/Winter Preserving the Harvest Series. The cost is 35 per class, or 90 for all three classes in the series. The cost includes lunch and supplies. Online registration is available at tx.ag/PTHBrazosCounty. Registration deadline is five days before the class. The classes are perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to sharpen their skills before canning season returns.
