The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service office for Brazos County is hosting a Do Well Be Well with Diabetes series in Bryan. The program is free, but registration is required by calling the AgriLife Extension office for Brazos County at 979-823-0129. Deadline to register is Nov. 24. The four part series is for people and caregivers of people living with Type 2 diabetes. Topics covered include: How food affects your blood glucose. Are you eating the right number of carbs? Improving your blood glucose control with physical activity. Improving your blood glucose control with medication. Celebrating diabetes control while avoiding complications.
