Due to the weather, the event has been rescheduled for December 21, 9:45 am (in between worship services): Joyful Noise will present a mini-musical called The Case of the Reluctant Innkeeper. Benjamina Holiday, proprietor of the Bethlehem Inn, is now truly regretting being unable to find a room for that out-of-town couple, Joseph and Mary, when they arrived 2 weeks ago, as she finds herself on trial in Bethlehem court for breaking Bethlehem Hospitality Code 982. Will the jury follow the hard-hitting prosecutor's push for a guilty verdict, or consider extenuating circumstances and show grace? This unusual take on the Christmas story will give you a laugh in the middle of your December, and offer an opportunity to join the cast in singing snippets of some favorite carols. As an added bonus, Teentinnabulation will ring an Opener to the musical, and also help accompany two other Joyful Noise songs that morning. So make sure to come in and get a good seat right after the 8:30 am service!
