Join us for the Memory Café Cooking Class, a summer series designed for caregivers who have taken on the role of the household “chef” due to their loved ones' dementia diagnosis. Led by two Geisel medical students, these basic cooking classes aim to engage caregivers and, when possible, their loved ones in creating simple, enjoyable recipes. Participants will enjoy a meal during the class, with recipes and resources provided to take home. Our goal is to foster a supportive and welcoming environment where attendees can connect through food, build confidence in the kitchen, and share nourishing experiences.
