Join us for the Winter Yoga Series, featuring a series of revitalizing 50-minute yoga classes every Tuesday starting September 9. Led by certified instructor Christina Teofilak, these sessions are open to all experience levels, focusing on connecting breath with movement to promote relaxation and balance.
