This class is designed to strengthen bones, improve posture and reduce the risk of fractures using movement with mindful training to support skeletal health in a safe, effective way. Key components are: Weight-bearing movements, strength training, balance, coordination movements and flexibility. Sneakers preferred. Props used: Chair, blocks, light weights and straps. We have an assortment of hand weights, but you are welcome to bring your own.
