Planning on planting a garden in the spring? If so, join us on Tuesday, January 27 from 6-7:30 p.m. for this fun, free, and educational workshop to get started planning out what you will be growing this year! With the help of Purdue Extension, we will learn best practices, as well as actively plan out your garden spaces during this workshop. As a pre-workshop planning activity, participants are asked to come prepared with a list of types of soil you have for your garden, sunlight and exposure areas for your garden, and what type of ground you have to work with, such as if you are planting for the first time or re-planting, container gardening, or greenhouse planting, etc. If you would like to attend the class, please register by calling or visiting the library to reserve your space!
