With over 1,200 acres of breathing room, including peaceful indoor spaces, the Arboretum serves as a refuge to rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit in one of the greenest spaces in Minnesota. Our Yoga in the Gardens series features year-round wellness classes led by local instructors. Classes include traditional yoga, meditation, sound healing and more, allowing you to explore what yoga is truly about. Classes are held on select Thursdays and Sundays. Advance registration is required for all classes, and capacity is limited. Please note, we advise that you arrive 15+ minutes prior to class time in order to park and walk to the location on time for your class. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. All experience levels, ages, shapes and genders are invited and honored. Please note: Classes and retreats will happen rain or shine. Indoor backup locations have been reserved in the event of inclement weather. Participants will be notified of any location changes via email. Participants must attend in-person, there is no zoom option available. An email will be sent out to pre-registered participants at least 24 hours prior to class containing important information about expectations and location details. Your yoga ticket includes admission to the Arboretum - we’d love for you to experience our gardens before or after your yoga practice.
