Join us for the 2025 Touch of Dutch Festival, featuring the Car, Truck & Bike Show and a Birthday Cake Decorating Contest to celebrate Touch of Dutch's 50th birthday! On Saturday, August 9, 2025, at Spencer Park in DeMotte, IN, the festival promises family-friendly fun with a full day of activities. From 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM CDT, enjoy a showcase of classic and current vehicles judged by the experienced Rusted Knuckles Car/Truck Club, with awards in 22 categories including Best of Show. Registration for the car show is from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM for $20, with no pre-registration required. Spectators can enjoy free entry and parking, a parade at 10:00 AM, kids' activities, food and craft vendors, a beer garden, and free live entertainment from noon to 9:00 PM. The day will culminate with a fireworks show at dusk.
Additionally, participants can enter the free Birthday Cake Decorating Contest, showcasing their cake designs through submitted photos (no physical cakes at the event). Open to Northwest Indiana residents, the winner will receive a Touch of Dutch t-shirt, $20 in Dutch Guilder, and potentially have their cake featured in future events.
