The Castle Museum, 418 Fourth Street, will host “Victorian Christmas Tours: The Davis Family Christmas” beginning December 11th through December 20th. Tours begin at 7:00 pm on December 11th, 18th, and 20th.
Step back into 1888 and discover how the Davis family celebrated the holiday season at The Castle. From the decorations that adorned their home to the cherished traditions they followed, this special evening tour brings a Victorian Christmas vividly to life through engaging stories, immersive displays, and interactive moments.
Experience the sights, sounds, and scents of a 19th-century Christmas as guides share how one family’s holiday festivities reflected the customs, legends, and joys that shaped our modern celebrations. Guests of all ages will enjoy festive, hands-on activities that make the past come alive.
This year’s tours have been enhanced to offer a more interactive, story-driven experience, allowing visitors to see Victorian Christmas through the Davis family’s eyes like never before.

Tours begin every 15 minutes during the times listed above and last approximately 1 hour. Group sizes are limited — advance reservations are strongly recommended.
