Join us for the 2026 Hamilton Neighborhoods Summit: Connecting on Purpose! Hamilton’s fourth annual Neighborhoods Summit returns on Saturday, March 7, 2026, bringing together neighbors, leaders, youth, and community partners from across the city for a day of learning, collaboration, and community pride. This year’s theme, Connecting on Purpose , reflects the heart of 17STRONG’s mission: strengthening Hamilton one neighborhood at a time by building meaningful and intentional connections. Community doesn’t happen by accident. It grows when people show up, reach out, and work together toward a shared vision for their city. Come be part of the conversations, the ideas, and the energy that move Hamilton forward. Because when neighbors connect on purpose, amazing things happen.
