Cook your way through an iconic Italian seafood feast with this festive, hands-on class. Celebrate an Italian holiday tradition in this interactive, hands-on class! Each table will prepare one of seven seafood dishes, learning techniques like searing, poaching, and seasoning along the way. At the end, we’ll share all the dishes together for a festive, communal feast. Tables for one are available, but this class works best with a table for two! NOTE: This class will have seafood and fish. Instructor: Lindsay Smith Is this a demo or hands-on cooking class? This is a HANDS-ON cooking class. Instead of group cooking and family style eating, everyone will now have their own station, utensils, equipment, and ingredients.
