**Senior Strength Class**: Join us for a comprehensive strength training session designed for seniors, utilizing resistance bands and small hand weights to enhance your fitness as you age. This class focuses on challenging your upper and lower body, as well as core muscles, using body weight, a chair, and the provided equipment. Participants are encouraged to bring their own equipment and a mat if available. Equipment will also be supplied by the rec center.
