FREE FUN! Run or cycle at Buhl Park's Wellness Wednesdays this Summer - brought to you by CycleLife Studio, FLYT Endurance Coaching and ProBike & Run! Join the fun and casual run & ride groups. Cycle groups will have an opportunity to ride the Buhl trail/pump track or ride the park and surrounding area roads. Runners will run in the park. Who is invited? Anyone who likes to run or ride their bike, both young and old! Fun themed nights!
