**Combined Event Description for Atwood and Tappan Summer Programs:**
Join us for a week of fun-filled activities and celebrations at Atwood and Tappan as we welcome the summer solstice!
**Tuesday, June 17:**
Kick off the week with a friendly kickball game from 10-11:30am near the basketball court, followed by a Nature Center open house and a kid's craft exploring the solar system from 12-2pm. At Tappan, children can partake in the Discovery Club from 10-11am, focusing on water activities, and teens can join a basketball challenge from 1-2pm.
**Wednesday, June 18:**
Enjoy Gaga Ball from 1-3pm at the Activity Center Shelter while the Nature Center remains open for visitors. Don’t miss Brew Crew at 9-10am at Tappan, featuring morning coffee and discussions, perfect for women 16 and older.
**Thursday, June 19:**
Shutterbugs will gather at the Marina patio from 10-11am to capture landscapes, while Trail Trekkers will embark on a guided hike at 1pm.
**Friday, June 20:**
Celebrate the summer solstice with the Traveling Nature Program from 5-8pm wandering through the campsites.
**Saturday, June 21:**
Start the day with water games from 12-1pm, followed by a watercolor craft for adults at 2pm and a kid-friendly nature print craft from 4-5:30pm at the Nature Center. In the evening, Tappan will host a Summer Solstice Celebration featuring Kids BINGO at 4:30pm, Adult BINGO at 6pm, and a lively karaoke session from 8-9:30pm at the Activity Center Shelter.
**Sunday, June 22:**
Wrap up the week with a non-denominational church service from 9-10am at the small amphitheater or Activity Center Shelter if it rains.
