Vertigo is a spinning feeling and dizziness, which can range from fleeting faintness to a severe balance disorder that makes normal functioning impossible. Roughly 35 percent of adults aged 40 years or older in the United States – approximately 69 million Americans – have experienced some form of vestibular dysfunction. A focused presentation regarding the impact of vertigo on health will be followed by a question and answer period specific to participant concerns and next steps for those struggling with vertigo.
