Take a deep breath, slow things down, and join us for a relaxing and inspiring workshop where art meets mindfulness. In this beginner-friendly Zentangle® class, you'll learn how to create beautiful, abstract designs using simple patterns—like dots, curves, lines, and orbs. This meditative patterned drawing technique encourages relaxation, breathing, and creating using an art form designed to remove the thinking, planning, decision-making, and other obstacles that often hinder creativity. If you can write your name, you can Zentangle! By the end of the workshop, you'll leave with a few completed Zentangle tiles of your own—and, more importantly, a refreshed and centered state of mind. All supplies are provided, and no experience is necessary. ****Due to limited space, we require a refundable $2 deposit to secure your spot. This deposit will be refunded when you attend the workshop, or you can choose to donate it to the center. This class is open to anyone 16 and older.
