Details:
Western Carolina Hunter Pace will be hosting one of their Spring Hunter Pace events at the beautiful Foothills Equestrian Nature Center in Tryon, NC! Visit www.wchpace.org for full event details. Flyers and additional information are usually posted on their website a couple of weeks ahead of time. First rider out is typically at 9:00 AM, and a current Coggins is required. A hunter pace is a relaxed, low-pressure competitive ride inspired by foxhunting. Teams follow a clearly marked outdoor course featuring varied terrain and optional jumps. The goal is to finish as close as possible to the ideal “pace time”—a safe, natural time established for the course. While awards go to the team nearest that time, the focus is on fun, camaraderie, and a great day of riding! Divisions are available for both jumping and non-jumping riders. For more details as they’re released, visit: wchpace.org/events. We will share updates as soon as they become available. Cowgirls—please register your attendance in the Wild Apricot app to stay up-to-date on announcements and communication!
