Meditative Mondays take place every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month. Led by psychic medium Stevie T., each session features a guided meditation created intentionally for that specific day and the people who are present. It’s a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself and whatever you need in that moment. Sessions will last up to an hour, and entry is on a sliding scale from $5–$20. You’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat, a pillow for extra comfort, and some water (though we’ll have some here too). Come as you are, and make time for yourself in a space made for just that.
