Gentle exercise classes can help cancer patients ease back into regular physical activity while undergoing cancer retreatment and can also help in the recovery process. This gentle exercise class is designed for those who have had a cancer diagnosis, are currently in treatment, cancer survivors and their caregivers. The focus is on restoring range of motion, encouraging lymph drainage and muscle strengthening. All levels are welcome. Medical clearance from a physician must be obtained before starting. Hybrid
