The Indecent Proposal Band headlines this years annual Downtown Duluth Street Dance outside Dubh Linn Irish Pub, with the Virgil Caine Band performing inside the festivities at night. Gates open in front of Dubh Linn at 7 p.m. and goes all night long with outdoor beer tents, food trucks and live music inside and outside the pub.
