Experience the magic of winter at two exciting events! At the Michigan History Museum's "Winter Wonderland," you can escape the house during the holiday break and enjoy crafts, fun activities, and hands-on history. Create your own mini-Carl the Tree, learn about Ice Age diets, and play Victorian-era games—all included with museum admission.
For a more adventurous experience, join the Outdoor Adventure Center's "Camp Explore: Winter Break Adventures" on December 29 and 30, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Campers aged 7-13 will participate in classic camp games and explore the Detroit riverfront in winter. Preregistration is required, costing $40 per camper per day, with discounts available for members and siblings. Don’t miss out on these fantastic winter activities!
