This low-impact cardiovascular challenge is designed for various fitness levels—ages 12-15 who have completed Iron Teens can participate independently, while those who haven't may join with a parent. Meanwhile, our Body Sculpt class offers a total body workout aimed at toning and sculpting every major muscle group, enhancing strength and flexibility, and boosting metabolism through strength exercises and stretching techniques.
