Walk-in (ages 12) Whether you're back in school and stressing, you have more time on your hands because your littles are back in school or have finally left the nest, embrace your life change as we embrace the changing seasons. Come learn and practice fun techniques that will help relax and recharge you this fall season ahead. This outdoor program is self-paced with prizes for participating in multiple activities. Note: younger children are welcome to attend with an adult, but the program itself is geared for teens and above. If accommodations are needed, please e-mail the instructor at least one week prior to the program.
